Outdoor Summer Bootcamp

Are you ready for “Outdoor Bootcamp”?

Outdoor Bootcamp “is a military training camp for new recruits, with strict discipline.”

Body Images Outdoor Bootcamp is a training class for anyone looking to improve their overall health, fitness, and self-esteem through the motivation of an instructor and teammates in an outdoor setting.

You will be tested physically, mentally, and emotionally in a 45 minute class. Each week the class will challenge you.

Come and have fun doing what you thought you could never do. You will do it, you will not fail, and you will be happy you did it!

This is 60 minutes of continuous cardio kickboxing that is sure to take your cardio endurance, core strength, and power to the next level!!! Weighted gloves are optional. Cardio, strength, and power all coupled with the fun of the Bokwa experience, it’s sure to be addictive!  You’ll EARN 6,000 – 8,000 steps in this class!
