This 45 minute circuit training class will help BURN fat and increase cardiovascular endurance, tone and strengthen muscles. Core exercise and stretching will make this a FULL BODY workout for ALL levels of fitness. FORMAT: 3 minutes of resistance training followed by
2 minutes of cardio, followed by 1 minute of core…and REPEAT! End with Cool down and stretching.
