BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

BODYPUMP  a fast-paced, barbell-based 55 minute workout  features ten tracks, each focusing on a difference muscle group and is specially designed to help you get lean, toned and fit.  It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.  You can always expect a good dose of squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, lunges and bicep curls.  And more often than not, you will find, chest presses, overhead presses, pushups and crunches as part of the mix too!

Mon/Wed/Fri – 9:15am-10:15am (New time)
Tue & Thurs – 6:00pm -7:00pm
Mon/Wed – 7:00pm-8:00pm
