Cardio Circuit and Core

This 45 minute CARDIO Circuit using stations around the room with a variety of

equipment,i.e  BOSU, TRX, Resistance Balls, Ladders, Slam Balls, and more to give you a TOTAL BODY workout with the combination of cardio and muscle endurance. This FUN  workout is for ALL fitness levels.

Tuesday and Thursday  5:15pm – 5:55pm  PAM
