(B-Beginning F-Functional F-Fitness) It’s YOU, 2.0!
This class incorporates the 3 functional training elements: stability, strength and power into 45 minutes of cardio, core and mindfull movement to increase your endurance, enhance flexibility and mobility while challenging your balance. Some exercises may incorporate bands and balls and bodyweight, ending with enhanced stretching. All fitness levels welcome.
