BOSU Ball

BOSU workout will improve BALANCE and will make your workout more challenging.  While doing planks, push-ups, squats, or crunches, adding the BOSU Ball will help train your ability to maintain balance while making your usual exercise routine more challenging, and FUN!

Fun Fit Cardio Circuit

This 45 minute circuit training class will help BURN fat and increase cardiovascular endurance, tone and strengthen muscles.  Core exercise and stretching will make this a FULL BODY workout for ALL levels of fitness.  FORMAT:  3 minutes of resistance training followed by

2 minutes of cardio, followed by 1 minute of core…and REPEAT!    End with Cool down and stretching.

This is class is designed to lengthen your muscles and tighten up your abdominals tone and flatten your stomach, help improve movement/range of motion and flexibility and relieves stress. This class is a low impact and suitable for all fitness levels.

B.F.F.

(B-Beginning  F-Functional  F-Fitness) It’s YOU, 2.0!

This class incorporates the 3 functional training elements:  stability, strength and power into 45 minutes of cardio, core and mindfull movement to increase your endurance, enhance flexibility and mobility while challenging your balance. Some exercises may incorporate bands and balls and bodyweight, ending with enhanced stretching.  All fitness levels welcome.

Cardio Circuit and Core

This 45 minute CARDIO Circuit using stations around the room with a variety of

equipment,i.e  BOSU, TRX, Resistance Balls, Ladders, Slam Balls, and more to give you a TOTAL BODY workout with the combination of cardio and muscle endurance. This FUN  workout is for ALL fitness levels.

TRX Cardio and Circuit Training

Tired of the same old, boring routine?  TRX Cardio Circuit Training is a total body workout designed to keep you on your toes.  We want to keep you guessing – each class is designed to be different including the use of the TRX Suspension System, dumbbells and body weight exercises to develop balance, flexibility and core strength.

This class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises with focus on each muscle group, using various pieces of equipment.  Take your workout to the next level in this 45 minute combination class.  If your goal is to increase core, strength and endurance, this is a MUST DO class for you. Using exercise drumsticks, the workout guides you through deeply intentional rhythmic journey designed to promote the health and fitness, mentally, physically, and emotionally .

MOVE IT, SHAKE IT, TONE IT!

This low impact class is designed for all ages and fitness levels. After warm up, we MOVE IT into cardio segments alternating cardio and strength and toning segments using 3-5lb handheld weights, isolating all major muscle groups.The SHAKE IT part is all up to you!
