This class incorporates the 3 functional training elements: stability, strength and power into 45 minutes of cardio, core and mindfull movement to increase your endurance, enhance flexibility and mobility while challenging your balance. Some exercises may incorporate bands and balls and bodyweight, ending with enhanced stretching. All fitness levels welcome.

This circuit training class focuses on toning and conditioning upper and lower body, buns, and CORE. We combine the perfect blend of strength training exercises while scorching calories with cardio movements for maximum results. Various equipment will be used.

Tired of the same old, boring routine? TRX Cardio Circuit Training is a total body workout designed to keep you on your toes. We want to keep you guessing – each class is designed to be different including the use of the TRX Suspension System, dumbbells and body weight exercises to develop balance, flexibility and core strength.

This class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises with focus on each muscle group, using various pieces of equipment. Take your workout to the next level in this 45 minute combination class. If your goal is to increase core, strength and endurance, this is a MUST DO class for you. All fitness levels.

POUND UNPLUGGED! (NEW) is a class that balances focused, high-intensity movements with restorative stretches, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Using exercise drumsticks, the workout guides you through deeply intentional rhythmic journey designed to promote the health and fitness, mentally, physically, and emotionally .

A full body cardio workout that gets everyone from newcomers to fitness veterans energized. Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is the heart of this fun 45 minute class that will tone your hips, thighs and butt. This low-impact workout is for all levels of fitness.
Wednesday 6:00pm – 6:45pm
This low impact class is designed for all ages and fitness levels. After warm up, we MOVE IT into cardio segments alternating cardio and strength and toning segments using 3-5lb handheld weights, isolating all major muscle groups.The SHAKE IT part is all up to you!

Need an extra push? Our boot camps are designed to keep you on your toes. We want to keep you guessing-each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone. We will challenge you every class. Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun-but be prepared for some high intensity training.
