Water aerobics is one of the most effective and gentle ways to exercise your whole body. This class balances cardiovascular condition, along with muscle strengthening, toning and flexibility with great moves and fun music. Noodles are used as resistance and aqua belts are available for deep water work. We modify the workout so that pregnant women can benefit from the buoyancy of the water while you work without gravity. If you are a new exerciser or just love the water, this is the class for you! A physician’s note of approval is required for women at all stages of pregnancy. Recommendations: Wear aqua shoes bring plastic water bottle.
